What is Crossfit- Crossfit is a constantly varied functional movement at high intensity. Every day is a different workout programed to push your different strength, flexibility and stamina thresholds.  This is a community made to help you succeed and push your limits.
Release Form: Before starting any class you will fill our a release form to make sure you are able to start.

Crossfit for beginners:
Fundamentals- We want to make sure we set you up for success by teaching you Crossfit essential movements in a safe and non intimidating manner.

Post fundamentals- We feel confident in your efficiency to send you to a general Crossfit class. With patience, dedication, and consistency, we can help guide you to your goals.

The 9 basic fundamental movements of CrossFit you must master : air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean

You will be required to show proficiency in these movements or attend six fundamental classes before you can begin our CrossFit classes.
