Join us this Saturday, 8/16, from 8:30-9:30am for our monthly FREE community workout at Townlake under the Mopac Bridge. This workout is opened to the public. Kick start your weekend with a fun yet challenging workout. We can’t wait to see you there!

8/14 & 8/15 WOD:

50 American swings
40 Mountain climbers (r+l=1)
30 Jump squat
20 Hand-release pushups
10 cone sprint (down and back=1) (10 yds apart)

***EMOM during chipper they have 2 burpees*****
