What should I eat?
Performance GX suggest a basic nutrition program that delivers results for our athletes time and time again. We recommend that the base of your diet come from vegetables, especially greens, some fruit, lean meats, nuts and seeds, with little starch, dairy, sugar, and no processed foods. Many have observed that keeping your grocery cart to the perimeter of the grocery store while avoiding the aisles is a great way to protect your health. Food is perishable. Avoid anything with a long shelf life, as it is chock full of artificial perservatives. If you follow these simple guidelines you will benefit from nearly all that can be achieved through nutrition.
