What is the difference between Boot Camp and Athletic Training classes?
In 2011, all of our classes were referred to as Boot Camp classes. We now differentiate our ongoing regularly scheduled training programs from our 6-week Boot Camps. These regularly scheduled classes are now referred to as Athletic Training classes and are held at the same locations as our previous classes. Boot Camps are now held periodically throughout the year in 6-week cycles in new locations. Boot Camps are for newcomers to our programs. Athletic Training classes are for our veterans and athletes competent in all of the movements we perform.
