What do I need to bring with me to class?

All Athletic Training programs require athletes to bring their own mat, kettlebell at the appropriate weight, and workout log. The mats can be yoga mats, or something a little thicker and can be purchased at most sporting goods stores. The kettlebells can be purchased through Relentless or at most sporting goods stores. Appropriate weights for men range from 25 – 45+ lbs and weights for women range from 15-35lbs. You should be able to perform single arm presses, snatches, and cleans as well lower body weight-bearing movements. Your workout journal can be a simple notebook or journal. You will need to record the workout, and your score (time, reps, rounds) and weight of KB you used. Tracking this will allow you to see continuous progress.

Athletes attending Boot Camp will be asked to bring a mat and their food & workout log. If these athletes are continuing into Athletic Training classes after the completion of Boot Camp, they will be asked to purchase a kettlebell.
